Hangovers

Hangovers are the after effects felt after consuming large amounts of a drug. The drug most commonly associated with hangovers is alcohol. Symptoms of a hangover include fatigue, headache, dizziness, vertigo, sensitivity to light and sound, thirst, red eyes, aching muscles, irritability, and nausea. Treatment options include drinking less alcohol (to stop one from occurring!), medication, plenty of water, sleep, Ayurveda, herbal remedies, acupressure, and food therapy.
