I am a qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist and have been in clinical practice since 2003. It has been very stimulating working with people in such a supportive and complimentary manner, using only holistic, natural healthcare and wholesome, balanced advice. Wellness is becoming a huge part of my practise as this is making sure you are ok now and for the future and not waiting until you sick . This is a new area of health which is extremely important.

Natural Fertility
Helping women learn about their own fertility cycles is very important and is information that every woman should know. Other services I assist with are:

- Assisting women with hormone imbalances or other health issues
- Assisting men with semen quality issues and other health issues
Working With People With Cancer
I find working with people with cancer one of the most rewarding and challenging areas to work in. There are many ways a Natural Health Practitioner can support people with cancer on their journey. Whether that be :
- Developing maintenance programmes to help that person maintain optimum health, and support energy levels
- Giving lymphatic drainage after breast surgery
- By developing supportive and complementary programmes for people undergoing conventional treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormonal treatments.
