2.Training beginners for their first endurance event - e.g 5km walk or run, half marathon, or cycle race

A complimentary initial consultation will cover your previous and current exercise and health history, family history, exercise preferences, goal setting and initial measurements if desired, and from there an initial plan will be put in place. It's up to you how often you work with the trainer, and a plan will be designed around this so that you know what to do in your own training time.
Physical capabilities are strongly considered before exercise selection is made, and there will be options available for all levels of fitness and strength. Your nutritional intake will also be closely monitored by way of keeping a food diary and receiving feedback and small step by step tips and recipe ideas towards optimal nutrition.
