Welcome to EFT Well-Being
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a unique stress relief and re-balancing technique that applies to just about every emotional, health, and performance issue you can name and often helps when nothing else does. EFT can help you to:
  • permanently address health problems
  • get out of the rut of negative patterns and behaviour
  • gain balance, a sense of well-being, and a positive outlook
  • deal with underlying causes of depression and anxiety

A radical departure from conventional methods With EFT at your disposal, you have the necessary tools for emotional wholeness and help with long-standing health problems, based on the understanding that we store our negative emotions in our body, and this gentle, practical method can help release these and restore our well-being. Not only that, it can clear beliefs that block us from reaching our goals. When we experience anxiety, distress, panic, anger, fear, etc., our body is flooded with stress chemicals that have a very disrupting effect on our body’s energy system and state of mind. Sometimes we manage to process these stress-response chemicals, through meditation, exercise, laughter, massage, and so on, but often our fast-paced lives do not allow for this. If not adequately dealt with, the disruption to our energy system remains and our body begins to give us signs of this, for example, through migraines, ill-health, cravings, depression, pain, etc. Simply put, EFT allows these stress chemicals stored in our system, and the disruption they cause, to be released. The method brings about very gentle healing by tapping with our fingertips on various ‘release‘ points (on our hands, face, and upper body) while following a specific protocol. Properly applied, EFT is an astonishingly effective technique (I have an over 85 percent success rate) and can frequently resolve even ‘stuck‘ problems. And best of all, I teach you the method. Depression & Anxiety

About Nicky
I am experienced in the delivery of EFT, and have worked with clients on a wide range of issues. I have chosen to work with EFT because, quite simply, it works. EFT is a tool which, when used skilfully, provides lasting results that regularly exceed expectations and I have an over 85 per cent success rate. I want to be clear here though that I work as an EFT practitioner, not a counsellor, psychotherapist, or health professional. I hold the advanced certificate in EFT (EFT-ADV) and have additional workshop training with New Zealand’s only EFT master, Barbara Smith. I also continue to keep myself abreast of developments in EFT through regular practitioner meetings and the many EFT resources now available. My hope is that the word about EFT continues to spread and enables people to easily and effectively take charge of their well-being and reach their full potential.
