My aim is to revive, restore and replenish the whole being and reset the body to heal itself so as to maintain health and wellness. My basic approach is to discover and eliminate the cause of the problem and endeavour to educate the client to take responsibility for their health and when necessary, advise dietary and lifestyle changes.
Bowen Therapy - BOWTECH
The Bowen Technique is safe and gentle and has been proven to be one of the most powerful and dynamic forms of therapy for treating aches, pains, ailments, injuries, illnesses and stress (physical and emotional). Results can be remarkable even from the first session. Usually only 1-4 weekly treatments are needed to correct the present problem. Chronic or degenerative conditions may need more treatments.
Christine has been a Bowen Therapist since 1995. She is a fully qualified Therapist and Senior Advanced Instructor for the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia.

It was originally designed by doctors and electronic experts in Italy for treatment on patients with muscular conditions.
The principle of the machine is based on the fact that each muscle is contracted by an electrical impulse relayed to the brain, which then sends the messages to the muscles telling them to expand or contract.
While the muscles are contracting they also twist, which squeezes toxic wastes, fats and sugars out of the muscle. This allows the muscle to be exercised without any conscious effort.

How many treatments will I need?
The effects of one treatment last for up to 3-4 days. In this time the body will revert back to its former condition. Doctors have proved a series of 10 treatments will set up a cycle that will last 6-8 months. It is advisable that after the initial 10 treatments, clients have just one treatment every 6-8 weeks to maintain toning and burn off stored body fat.
