Therapeutic Massage is a therapy which looks at the whole person, taking into account physical symptons as well as psychology, environment, nutrition and the effect that these can have on our life.
Massage strokes can vary from deep to light with some stretching, acupressure techniques and breathing being incorporated in the treatment. Each treatment is tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. The first treatment includes a consultation where we will discuss your health and any problems you may be feeling at this time, as well as your medical history if applicable.
