Mint health and fitness for want of a better word is a "boutique gym". We have fantatsic personal trainers, massage therapists and clinical nutritionists that all work together to make sure that your experience at Mint is unlike any other fitness facility.
The Mint experience is something that we have found hard to describe, but our members all say the same thing, friendly staff and atmosphere with helpful instruction.
Welcome! We're Mike and Di, owners and managers of Mint Health and Fitness. We're married (to each other) and pretty much married to this business too.
We're in it because we love it – and because we saw a gap in the market for a service-oriented health and fitness centre. A place where everyone knows your name (and they're always glad you came). A place where lycra isn't compulsory and there's always someone on hand you can ask “am I doing this right?” Somewhere with state-of-the art equipment and qualified staff, backed up with a full range of complementary services – nutrition, massage, reflexology.
And it's all with the aim of improving your quality of life. We and our team will work with you to maximise your health and fitness levels - not just for three or six months or a year, but for good. We want your business long-term and we'll do it by making Mint a place you'll want to keep coming back to. Try us!
A personal trainer takes you from where you are to where you want to be. Think of us as the expert guides on your journey to health and well-being. We'll keep you on track and get you there in one piece - with no dodgy shortcuts.
Of course if you can make it by yourself, stop reading now and click through to givemeamedal.com
But if those six-month-old cross-trainers have still got that new-shoe smell - or “nutrition” means ordering a Diet Coke with your drive-thru meal – then congratulations, you're normal. And we should get together.
All our Mint trainers are REPs–registered. REPs is the Register of Exercise Professionals (yes, we think the name's deliberate). We've been in the fitness and nutrition business since the days when legwarmers were a workout must-have, and we've learnt a lot along the way. Most importantly: the personal training experience must be enjoyable. That's why we strive to make every session exhilarating and fun - for our clients as well as us.
