Essential Body Therapies
Jane began her complimentary health career in 2000 studying toward her diploma in therapeutic massage. During this time she was exposed to many other areas of the natural health field and was motivated to begin studies in naturopathy and herbal medicine concurrently. She is married with 3 young children and moved to Christchurch in January this year 2012.
Naturopathy
A naturopathic consultation is a client focused session where you receive a tailor made program especially for you. Depending on your focus, your program will;
- restore you to optimal health, helping you to feel better, eliminate health problems and resolve issues
- prevent illness improving your quality of life or
- optimise your already good health
Herbal Medicine
After a thorough naturopathic consultation a you will receive an individual formulation made from fluid extracts of herbs. Herbs have been used for healing for centuries and modern science is increasingly validating their use and safety.
Massage
By applying massage you can have a heavenly relaxation experience, improve sports performance, aid recovery from injuries and relief from aches and pains.

Subsequent Consultation $40.00
Any treatments or further diagnostic testing will incur additional costs (discussed prior).
Massage
One hour $70.00
45 minutes $60.00
30 minutes $45.00
