Dr. Sheridan Brady-Kay, Dr. David Kay and Dr. Alice Cade are a specialised team of Chiropractors with nearly 20 years combined experience. Together, they provide Chiropractic care to athletes, corporate workers, pregnant mums, families and infants. Dr. Sheridan is from a large chiropractic family and has been in practice for 14 years. She provides a wealth of experience in all realms of chiropractic care. Dr. Alice is a paediatric Chiropractor who topped the Diplomate program in Australiasia. Dr. David's primary focus is flexion-distraction technique which is a specialised technique for chronic lower back pain and disc injuries; an extremely common complaint/ ailment in NZ.
Dr. Sheridan, Dr. Dave and Dr. Alice are all lecturers at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and frequently mentor students during their study.

Your first visit
YOUR HEALTH IS OUR PASSION!! Our goal is to educate and care for as many people as possible. We strive to provide optimal health through natural chiropractic care and nutrition. We pride ourselves on providing the latest information and research pertaining to chiropractic healthcare, and we'll continue to raise awareness about the true benefits of helping your body to FUNCTION BETTER through chiropractic spinal care. Over the first few visits, we will provide you with information and care that you need to achieve the best possible results, and get you on track to achieving optimal spinal health.
VISIT 1 - COMPREHENSIVE CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINATION
We will evaluate your spine and nervous system, including X-Rays if clinically necessary. We provide state-of-the-art X-ray service on the premises for your convenience. X-rays allow us to gain an accurate and thorough assessment of your spine which ensures the provision of safe, quality care.
VISIT 2 – EXAMINATION RESULTS & FIRST ADJUSTMENT
On this visit we will go through your exam results and X-Ray analysis. We’ll let you know the status of your spine, nervous system, and overall health.
This is when you will receive your first spinal adjustment.
VISIT 3 – THE NEXT DAY – REVIEW OF YOUR RESPONSE TO THE SPINAL ADJUSTMENT & SCHEDULE A PLAN FOR CORRECTION
After we have seen how you have responded to your first adjustment we will create a plan to correct your problem and restore you to optimal health. Your spine is your lifeline, and healing can take time.
For best results, it is important to follow a program of care to truly benefit from the spinal changes made. Your chiropractor will design a program specifically for you and your needs.
