I teach classes in Opotiki and Whakatane.
I am well blessed with a patient husband, 3 inspiring daughters, the Pacific Ocean at the end of my drive, and a passion for teaching Namaste Yoga - a journey of healing and transformation.
Namaste Yoga
Namaste means "I greet the light within you". Namaste Yoga is learning to greet the light within yourself.
Namaste Yoga is a flowing routine of Vinyasa (moving) and Asana (static) Yoga postures, designed to make us stronger and longer. The routine is suited for all ages and stages as we all work within our own limits in a group.
I teach in my local centres of Opotiki and Whakatane.
