I am a fully qualified Kinesiologist specialising in Allergy testing, educational kinesiolgy, stress relief, stress incontinence, back pain and trigger points. I use muscle testing and acupressure points to correct imbalances in the system with great results! The techniques are light and non invasive leaving one feeling energised and uplifted. I am also a Reiki practitioner and can work with your pets if needed. Flower Essences and Colour Therapy available on request.

What is Kinesiology?
I have been practicing for five years now and I still find it hard to answer that question, what I do know is that it works! My clients and myself are constantly amazed at the apparent simplicity of the techniques that have such powerful results.
I start by showing the person how to "switch on" the brain by rubbing acupressure points, this helps the body to respond accurately to the "muscle testing".
Muscle testing is a mechanism that allows us to access the body intelligence and assess and upgrade it's performance, in simple terms we are asking the subconcious mind, through the muscles, what is happening in the body. Imbalances in any area of the body-mind-spirit can be located this way and the wonderful thing is the body tells us what it needs to help it regain balance! This could be anything from nutrition, to muscle work, emotional stress release, flower essences, acupressure points...the list is endless but the wonderful thing is our innate intelligence knows and if we ask in the right way, we are then on our way to the health and vitality that is our birthright.
I give discounts for pensioners, children and block bookings and will also travel within the Auckland area to give Reiki healing for animals.

Dawn Cansfield is a Professional Kinesiologist with an International Diploma in Kinesiology.
