My Experience

- Health issues, including depression and anxiety
- Adjusting to life’s changes
- Self discovery and self worth
- Spiritual growth

Art for the Heart!
I also have a particular interest in using drawing as a way of working with a person.
This acts as a tool to assist a person with expressing their thoughts and feeling as well as providing a way to help unlock what’s going on for a person in a non threatening way. You don’t have to be good at art or drawing to use this technique.
However, we do not have to use this technique if this is not your thing!
Spirituality
I am a Christian and I am open to your spirituality being part of the counselling process.
I have training in prayer ministry (Theophostic Ministry) and am able to use this in the counselling, if this is something you would like.
