Bond and Yates
Jane (Bond) is a well respected pelvic floor physiotherapist with a wealth of knowledge and experience treating both men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction. She has a diploma of physiotherapy and a post graduate certificate of Continence management from Otago university.
Lisa (Yates) is an experienced physiotherapist and personal trainer with a special interest in the pelvic floor and women's health and fitness. She is a regular exercise presenter on TVNZ's Good Morning and is the current fitness expert for OHBaby! magazine. She has a passion for education and co-produced New Zealand's first post-pregnancy exercise DVD: The Core & The Floor.
Jane and Lisa share a passion for empowering men and women through education and exercise. They are driven by their desire to help patients improve their quality of life and achieve optimal health. Together they bring over 35 years of experience and knowledge to help you to achieve your physical best.
We specialise in the treatment of both men and women with:

An initial consultation usually takes around one hour, to ensure a thorough evalutaion of your concerns. A referral is not required. Please contact our friendly reception staff on 06 758 4778 to make an appointment.
Jane holds a Diploma in Physiothearapy and has post-graduate certificates in Continence management and acupuncture.
Lisa holds a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Melbourne Australia. She also has a elite personal training qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness.
