Welcome, my name is Millie Midgley. I am the proprietor of Airmid L.E. and have been practicing as a qualified Naturopath since November 2005.

I am also a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience and an ACC provider.
Nutritional support can be given by first assessing the individuals dietary intake and daily activities. Then adapting a programme to suit the individual.
Therapeutic Massage (including Trigger Point Therapy and dry needling) aims to reduce pain, increase flexibility and helps relaxation to give improved sleep and aid healing. An ACC nurse consult may precede treatment if applicable.
Reflexology is massage on the feet. It is believed that each area on the feet relates to different areas of the body and so by working on these regions it benefits other body parts.
Homeobotanical remedies are derived from several herbs selected to treat the same conditions, signs or symptoms. They are individually made for each client then activated to release their full potential. They can be adjusted for optimum benefit.
What to expect from the health consultation
There's a small health history form to fill out, it doesn't take long.
Then you (the client) tells me what you what or expect from the consult.
We can discuss the treatment plan and when you are happy we can begin.
Treatment prices
This Natural Healthcare clinic offers natural, holistic answers to your health
concerns. $20 for 20 minutes.
One hour treatment available.
Initial consultation $70 for 60 minutes.
Follow ups 40 minutes consults $50 or less with ACC nurse consultation.
Either health consult or Therapeutic massage.
