Private Subconscious-Mind Healing

Private Subconscious-mind Healing (hereby referred to as P.S.H.), was jointly developed by Frank Wright and Greg Brice.  It is a method that has been evolving for the last 25 years and continues to evolve.  The aim of P.S.H. is to help clients truly resolve their subconsciously based problems rather than just helping them to cope with the symptoms.

The Subconscious Mind

The subconscious needs two things to operate effectively – respect and privacy.  Privacy needs to be observed at all times during any type of true subconscious-mind healing or change.  This is because the subconscious is very private and protective part of the person.  It is also very demanding, and does not like to be ‘pushed’ to make changes or ‘being told what it should do’.  Healing is a natural, inherent process and it needs to happen at our own unique pace.  There are things that can be done to aid the process of healing or changing but, ultimately, it is up to the inner mind to dictate the pace and means of this.

The subconscious also requires trust.  Once the client has placed responsibility in the subconscious to make changes, they need to leave it alone so it can make those changes.  When the healing process is underway, therapy needs to be halted so that the process can unfold naturally.  It does not, and should not, need to be analysed or helped.

A Safe Therapy

P.S.H. is a completely safe therapy, as the true model of the therapy has its own built-in safeguards.  Clients are never asked to consciously remember their past traumas and nothing is ‘added’ to their experiences.  P.S.H. may in fact be the least invasive of all of the psychological or emotional therapy models.  The therapist is only involved in the process in as far as helping the client to access their inner resources and use those resources to effect change.  The therapist’s role is to guide the client to their inner healing or changing abilities and helping them to create an inner environment in which true and effective change can take place.

What Can P.S.H. Help With?

P.S.H. is able to help an extensive list of problems.  This is because almost any problem can be caused or worsened by the way that people react to it unconsciously.  Once physical and medical causes have been ruled out, P.S.H. can help with the following, as well as many other, disorders:

  • addictions
  • uncontrolled anger
  • all forms of anxiety
  • bad dreams or nightmares
  • bowel problems
  • chronic pain
  • compulsive behaviours
  • concentration or memory problems
  • constant worry
  • deep, unresolved grief
  • depression
  • eating disorders
  • fatigue
  • insomnia
  • irrational behaviours
  • low self-esteem
  • migraine headaches
  • panic attacks
  • phobias
  • procrastination
  • relationship problems
  • sexual difficulties
  • skin problems
  • stress and tension
  • ulcers
  • weight problems

The Benefits of P.S.H.

P.S.H. is designed to help people to deactivate the underlying causes of their problems, rather than merely helping them to cope with the symptoms.  Clients are usually seen for less than four clinical sessions – often only once or twice.  Notably, P.S.H. brings about permanent change in a gentle, simple and non-invasive manner.  Clients are advised of what they should do and not do in order to maintain their trust in the subconscious process and are advised to get on with their life as normal as the subconscious carries out its own healing and changing.
