The New-Zealand Healing Association was formed in 1960 to promote health and healing by natural means and is the oldest still functioning organisation of it’s kind in New-Zealand. It is unique in promoting the views and interests of both patients and practitioners.
- Our association advocates a very wide view of health, emphasising both the spiritual aspect of healing and the importance of healthy living in preventing illness.
- It aims to improve the health of mind, body, and spirit of all people in New-Zealand, and to promote the restoration and preservation of our environment.
- In 1994 the New-Zealand Healing Association was the first organisation to become an affiliate of the New-Zealand Charter of Health Practitioners, with 20 chartered members
