Bed Wetting

Bed wetting (also known as enuresis) is the act of involuntary urination whilst sleeping. Bed wetting most commonly affects children, and often ceases organically after a period of time. Causes include a psychically or neurologically immature bladder, deep sleep or stress. Treatment include medications, retention control training, night-lifting (waking the child periodically), hypnosis, massage, acupressure, reflexology and homoeopathy.
