Welcome to the Results Nutrition Centre NUTRITION SERVICES We are a team of nutritionists who are dedicated to assisting you with the achievement of your goals. Through the design of a goal oriented nutrition program we remove all the guesswork associated with nutrition. We can answer all your questions, including: What should I eat? How much should I eat? When and why? KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS Unless certain facts and figures are known about you personally, including B.M.I, body fat percentage, lean mass, fluctuating energy requirements, hormonal status and likes and dislikes, no one can tell you what you should be eating. Without this information it would all be guesswork. We don't guess. We work out exactly what you need to do to achieve your goal within your time frame. We work with you to devise a nutrition plan then regularly revisit that plan and make the necessary adjustments until you have achieved your goal. DIET AND METABOLISM Very low calorie dieting slows your metabolism, making it progressively more difficult to lose weight and keep it off.
