Bikram Yoga Queenstown is proud and happy to have you visit our site. We have built up an amazing community of people who come to here to practice yoga, learn, laugh, grow, and sweat. We come to Bikram Yoga for different reasons, but get the same benefits of incredible health and well being.
Bikram Yoga Queenstown is a purpose built yoga studio located just five minutes drive from the center of Queenstown at 2 Industrial Lane, off of Industrial Place (which is off of Gorge Road)
Bikram is a beginner style level suitable for everyone. No need to book, just show up early for your first class to register. Bring a towel, dress lightly and come hydrated.
Bikram says; ” never does nature make a perfect person for yoga or any other discipline. For every gift nature gives, there is a problem to overcome. Who is strong is not supple, who is supple is not strong. The only discipline in the world that can make you both strong and supple, and give you true strength, is yoga. It takes hard work but if you apply yourself, the balance you achieve between strong and flexible will guarantee heath and vigor for the rest of your life”
Our facilities include showers, cubby holes for storing possessions (studio doors are locked during class), curtained changing areas and an area to sit and check out a selection of hand picked yoga books, magazines and articles, as well as the best yoga and leisure wear on the South Island. We strive to keep the standards of cleanliness at the highest for all of our comfort while at the studio.
In the boutique store, we sell hard to find, high quality yoga clothes such as pants, capris,leggings, tops, hot shorts, delish-ious soft hoodies and now men’s shorts and tops.
