Welcome to Fusion Pilates
My name is Barbara and I have been working with Pilates and Yoga since 2003. I am qualified in the Pilates Method and a Personal Trainer.
My goal is to show you how exercise can be fun and how to integrate it into your daily life as something to look forward to - as I do!
My classes are a fusion of Pilates and general fitness routines, incorporating some principles of Yoga & Tai Chi as well. This will help build strength, flexibility and improved posture creating a general sense of wellbeing
In addition, the variety helps ensure your exercise routines do not become stale and less effective, therefore increasing the likelihood of ongoing enjoyment and improved health and fitness.
