Welcome to Yoga Aravinda Centre
Yoga Aravinda Centre is an ideal place where one can come and retreat in a peaceful environment away from the hussle and bussle of every day life. Situated on the old grounds of Western Vineyards, the winery buildings and landscape have been transformed into a wonderful Yoga location.
In todays fast paced existance it is essential to take time out to slow down and hear ones breath again. In slowing down, one can retune and connect with oneself. At Yoga Aravinda you will be taught by professionally trained teachers to encourage the empowering process of yoga.
Our Teacher
Vanessa Greenwood (Owner)
Vanessa has a background in Natural Medicine and massage including traditional Thai Massage. Vanessa has 4 children, and has practiced prenatal / postnatal yoga which she strongly reccommends. Vanessa has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1993, trained under Suzi Carson. Attended many senior Iyengar workshops. Completed a two year teacher training course in 2003. Has taught yoga for seven years.
