Relaxation is a slower type of massage with long flowing strokes to increase blood flow and stimulate a relaxation response. (Swedish massage).

  • Myofascial All our muscles are wrapped by connective tissue called fascia, it is made of the same tissue as tendons and ligaments, by performing stretches on the fascia we can release the binding around each muscle to gain an effective and lasting release from the muscle itself
  • Trigger Point Release therapy A technique that involves the applying of pressure to tenderness in a muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body- referred pain patterns. There are two basic types of trigger points active and latent.
