Energy Healing, has to bring about positive change and insights. There should always be measurable results. Having given and received hundreds of healings I know that it is fair to expect a shift during every session or very shortly afterwards.

Energy Healing Services
Reiki is a system of energy healing that can be used, in its simplest sense, to change stuck energy into flowing energy. Negative feelings or physical symptoms can arise from blockages in the energy flow. Using Reiki, Russell finds and gently frees the constriction in these areas and encourages the natural energy of the body to flow again. The Reiki energy supports this new pattern and increases the healing flow while a new, stable and more positive equilibrium is achieved.
Reconnection Healing is a potent form energy healing. It works well on the feeling/mental level and it can have a very powerful effect on physical symptoms too. The changes that happen during a session seem to come from 'reminding' the client that wholeness, balance and health is easy to step into if only we allow ourselves.
In Crystal Healing, Russell utilizes the stable geometric structures of crystals to set up a very coherent field of energy around and within the body. Russell selects the crystals intuitively to create a very specific 'bubble' of energy which vibrates in a way that brings the vibration of the client into alignment with the crystals. The result is that the crystals repeat a particular energetic message over and over again, and the client learns to 'understand' that message and integrate it into their life.
Any of these forms of healing will produce similar results and all three may be used during a session.

Coaching
Are you feeling stuck ? Can't seem to get out of going over the same things time after time. Lack of energy or focus? It doesn't have to be this way.
Let me help you to work through the things that are holding you back from being able to do the things you want to do with your life.
Coaching begins with a discussion in the first session about where you are, what you would like to focus on and what results you want to see.
Sessions will include aspects of many different approaches towards self-learning and realization.
The overall guiding principle of the sessions is to help you to be more accepting of who you are, to understand yourself better, to encourage you to find your own truths and to support you in living in a way that expands you and brings you happiness.

The fee is $80 for a 1 hour session in Swanson and $90 in Remuera
Tarot
The Tarot is a useful tool for gaining insights into your current situation; it provides a clear view of who you are at this moment in time. Understanding your present thoughts and feelings will lead to a new view about how things will unfold.
I guarantee that you will gain a greater understanding of yourself.
Readings take up to an hour and cost $60 in Swanson and $70 in Remuera.
Tarot Course
I run an eight week Tarot course of 2.5 hours a week. The goal of this course is to teach you how to become a competent Tarot reader. There will also be assignments to do at home. While you will probably need to refer to your notes during a reading (unless your memory is excellent!) by the end of the course you will have a broad understanding of how the Tarot works and what it has to say and how to communicate that to the person you read for.
Reiki Courses
I teach Reiki I and II and Master Level. Courses are usually held on a weekend, with a follow up evening afterwards. I consider support immensely important and I am always available at any time after the course to help with anything that you may be having difficulty with or need to ask.
Reiki I costs from $200 and is a day course with an evening a week or so later.

Reiki II costs from $250 and is a day and a half/ 2 days depending on numbers.
Both courses can also be done in a single day on a one-to-one basis
Courses include notes and lunch on both days and the offer of a follow-up evening after a few weeks. I am also available for free telephone support after the course if required.
Shamanism
Journey as the shamans do. Meet your Power Animal and discover the powerful world of non-ordinary reality. Learn how to journey and how to journey safely.
Includes a drumming tape (or MP3) so that you can journey at home.
This is a one day course. It costs from $140 and runs from 10-4 . Course notes are included and lunch is provided.
Crystals Course
If you want to know about crystals and want to explore their energy in a hands on way then this is the course for you. Learn how to feel them and use them for healing and insight. Course length varies. Please call me to discuss your needs. The course includes crystals to take home and notes.
Crystal Nets
Not a course but if you want a new experience, come along and do a crystal nets. Developed by Simon and Sue Lilly in the UK this is a wonderful healing tool using coloured cloth and crystals to set up an amazingly coherent vibration that is like bathing in energy. Highly recommended.
The cost is $80 a session in Swanson and $90 in Remuera
Allow 20 minutes in the net and 20 minutes to come fully back to the present. It is possible to run a mini workshop where to experience 3 or 4 nets for 10 minutes at a time during an afternoon. This is a wonderful way to compare experiences and is great fun too.
