VibraFit is located in the heart of trendy Petone in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
We are a health and wellbeing studio offering the latest in exercise and health services. Vibration training is the new rage in fitness and it is suitable for almost everyone. A 10-15min session is all you need to gain great benefits in fitness and health at VibraFit. After your workout spend a few minutes using the vibration machines for a great massage at the end for recovery.
We offer a friendly environment where one of our staff is always on hand to help with your training. We also offer an exercise bike for cardio work, Swiss ball room for warm up exercises.

How does it work?
For centuries across the world and for purely aesthetic reasons, millions of men and women have removed undesirable body hair. The hair removal market is constantly expanding, supported by an almost universal consensus on unsightly body hair. Open any magazine and you will find that both the male and female models, smooth skinned and free from unsightly body hair. Television programmes on the subject are frequent and generate an increased demand that is difficult to satisfy.
The traditional responses to this problem are:- Home based treatments : waxing, shaving, depilatory creams, tweezers (these account for the majority of sales in this sector in department stores and supermarkets)
- Waxing in beauty institutes: only around 7% of women attend institutes for hair removal treatment.
The point in common of all the various methods listed above is that their efficiency is limited: the hairs grow again within two weeks. Furthermore specific needs of men are not really dealt with.
