Memberships to our large gym include full use of the facility which incorporates cardio, fat burning, fitness equipment, strength training, muscle building equipment, vibra trainers, Pilates/fitness classes, a separate Womans Only area, boxing studio and relaxing sauna and sunbed. With such a wide variety of exercise options Revitalize has something to suite all ages, shapes and sizes!
This special membership even involves an initial induction with personalized program, showing you use of equipment and tips for keeping your exercise regime on track!
Dietary plans and ongoing assessments every 6-8 weeks, to help keep you motivated, are also included.
