Welcome to Physiques Fitness Centre
Amelia has Five years experience in the Personal Training Industry with many successful clients. Her degree in Sports and Exercise Science along with her knowledge from her own training in Rowing, snow skiing, mountain biking, hockey and many other sports has given her a headstart to how to best train athletes as well as anyone wanting to either improve health, start out at sport, increase their current sporting levels or just look and feel good about themselves.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
- Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science - obtained from WINTEC (Waikato Institute of Technology NZ)
