Barbara Ann has 10 years experience in reiki practice and combines this energy healing with the ancient light work of harmonic toning. She uses her voice to heal via the angelic sounds of harmonic overtone singing.
Healing through Sound Philosophy
Healing through sound is part of the growing global movement known as vibrational medicine. We and everything in our universe is vibrating energy. Healing through sound uses the vibration of sound waves to diagnose and correct imbalances in the human energy field.
What Happens in a Session?- Brief case note discussion.
- Tonal diagnostic – client lies fully clothed on a massage table while the energy field is toned. No physical contact is required.
- Treatment – the energy field is toned again. The chakras and meridians are given particular attention. You may hear a change in the harmonics and tones as the energy field is integrated and blocks shifted.
Note that healing with sound can focus most attention on mind, body or spirit as required, or all three. Emotional issues can be addressed through the therapist sounding specific emotions. This is particularly effective if the client is able to make sounds with the therapist as directed.
