At the pamper room, it is our goal to provide professional skin care and beauty therapy services in a relaxed, friendly and non-intimidating environment.
We listen to what you want and your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us.
We do not claim to have miracle cures in a jar or promise overnight cures to lifelong skin problems, but instead, offer a sensible approach to skin care. Blending together professional advice, superb 'in salon' treatments and simply beautiful 'take home' products which enable us to work together to achieve the best results possible.

When we book your appointment we tack a little time on the end to make sure we have time to schedule future bookings, answer any questions you may have, and to sample the product tester stands should you wish to do so.
To help ensure all of our clients are afforded the same standard of service and courtesy, and are not kept waiting for their appointment, it is important that you arrive to your appointment on time.
Lastly, as we are a home based salon and are not open regular set hours (instead we offer flexible appointment times to suit the varying needs of our clients), sometimes we may be opening the salon especially for you.
It is therefore much appreciated that if you are no longer able to make it to your scheduled appointment on time (or at all) that you call and let us know as soon as possible.
This affords us the opportunity to do other things with the little (and very precious) spare time we have available.
