Welcome! We will use our expert skills and knowledge to help you in each area, and will recommend other professionals and organisations that can help you if needed. If you are motivated to achieve your goal but are perhaps lacking in confidence or direction, then give us a call. Personal Training We will match you with a personal trainer who understands your needs, goals, barriers to success and who you can relate to and work well with. Our personal trainers are based in different areas of Christchurch for your convenience. Let us support and guide you on your health and fitness journey towards whatever is important to YOU - be it fitting into your favourite pair of old jeans, running 5km or a half marathon for the first time, or having the energy to keep up with your kids!
Group Fitness Summer Body Bootcamp Commit to your summer Health and Fitness Goals today by signing up for this fantastic 8 week programme run from October-November, and then again from February-March each year alongside Fit 4 Business. Our weekday evening sessions are held in Hagley Park and our Saturday sessions are held at surprise locations around the city. Options are given for different fitness levels, but if you have a medical condition or injury, please speak with us regarding your suitability for the sessions.

Meet the Team All of our trainers are REPS registered. This means that they hold a relevant industry qualification, have an up to date first aid certificate, and complete CPD (continuing professional development) credits each year. Elly McGuinness Elly has been personal training for 9 years and teaching group exercise for 13 years. With her wealth of experience as an instructor, presenter, course tutor and general 'fitness bunny', you can rest assured she will look after you well. Elly prides herself in going the extra mile to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, so she will provide whatever support is needed to help you be the best you can be! Elly's approach to Health and Fitness is a holistic one and she is extremely passionate about natural health and balancing all aspects of life. Elly will be carrying out online coaching and exercise programming from March 2014. ...................................................... Jo Stark Jo is passionate about making exercise fun and an essential part of day to day life. As a busy mum to Holly (12), Eva (10) and Finlay (5), Jo has reaped the benefits that come with being fit and healthy. Prior to gaining her fitness qualification and pre-children, Jo completed her Bachelor of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse. She is looking forward to helping you reach your fitness goals while having fun! Jo carries out 1:1 sessions at her home, which is based in Opawa. Jo understands what it is like to be a busy parent so she welcomes you to bring your children along to your sessions if needed. ...................................................... Cassandra Brewer Cass loves all things to do with Food and Fitness. She is a qualified Chef and Personal Trainer and has competed as an amateur Body Builder. Cass is passionate about helping you to overcome any fears or doubts in order to achieve YOUR optimal sense of Wellbeing. She takes your aspirations and goals seriously and offers on-going support to help you create healthy, sustainable lifestyle choices. Cass specialises in Whole Body Vibration Training with Power Plate for a fun, fast and functional workout. She also delivers engaging training programmes to Lose Weight, Get Fit and Build Toned Muscle. Cass understands while we may all have similar destinations, our paths are very different and she continues to help individuals exceed their personal goals. Cass carries out 1:1 training in Northwest Christchurch in a small gym and also at her own 1:1 power plate studio. ...................................................... Donna Knowles After years of interest in her own health and fitness, Donna formally qualified as a Personal Trainer in June 2006. Obtaining this qualification increased her passion for health and fitness, and most importantly for helping people. Donna has a wide range of clients of all fitness levels and ages. One thing they all have in common is their continued enjoyment of training with her, and success in reaching their health and fitness goals. Donna has completed many courses on nutrition, massage, Pilates, Reiki, Gymstick and stretch, and is a qualified group exercise instructor. She is a parent of two children, who are both physically active and play sport. Donna continues to strength train on a weekly basis and supports this with regular cardio training. Donna carries out 1:1 training and small group sessions at her studio in Phillipstown. ...................................................... Vicki Zumbraegel Vicki empowers and supports others to aspire and achieve their personal goals of health and fitness. She is passionate about pelvic floor health and loves making a difference in women's lifestyles so they can enjoy day-to-day activities. Vicki is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a qualified personal trainer. Vicki carries out 1:1 training at her home, based in Riccarton. Knowing how busy life can be with five children growing up fast (13 to 21 years), she also offers a mobile service to help you maintain family, work and life balance.
