Pastiche Resources are an internationally recognised provider of quality educational resources designed specifically for the development of individuals who work within the professional skin care industry.
The evolution or divergence of the traditional beauty therapy industry into the areas of aesthetic therapies and corrective therapies has required that individuals wishing to transition toward the area of corrective therapies to significantly up skill and re-educate themselves in order to be credible and effective.
Founded in 1994, Pastiche Resources recognised that even the most advanced beauty therapy curriculum's were (and still are) out of date in terms of practical knowledge and skills to effectively
diagnose and treat many skin conditions that clients suffered.
To this end, programs were developed to provide generic education and resources covering a myriad of subjects that allow the aspiring beauty therapist and aesthetician a path to becoming a professional skin treatment therapist.
Since 1994, thousands of beauty therapists and aestheticians from around the world have benefited from post graduate education provided by Pastiche. More recently, a new market has emerged where physicians and practice nurses are moving in to the lucrative field of Medical Aesthetics, and Pastiche is proud to be able to provide specialist programs that update their knowledge to allow them to enter this market with confidence.
While Pastiche are recognised as a generic education provider, we enjoy working with progressive collectives, associations and skin care companies who share the Pastiche philosophy of developing
professional skin care in to a paramedical sphere.
To this end we can present educational programs that are tailored to the individual philosophy and direction of many organisations.

Florence Barrett-Hill is an internationally acclaimed dermal science educator, practitioner, researcher, and author with a vast experience covering all aspects of professional aesthetic therapy and paramedical skin care.
Florence holds over a dozen diplomas and international qualifications covering every aspect of modern skin treatment therapy, and is well respected by her industry peers for her 30+ years of knowledge she loves to share.
Florence is the programme director of Pastiche Resources, an Internationally recognised postgraduate beauty industry education provider.
Pastiche offer training programs covering a myriad of technical subjects in addition to product specific education on an international stage, with her most recognised Pastiche Method ® of skin analysis setting new standards in skin type and condition analysis.
