Peak Pilates & Physiotherapy instructors are highly trained and only receive certification from the company after 140 hours of training (mostly one on one) followed by six months of teaching. We have a full-time quality control qualified physiotherapist and Pilates Director regularly assessing and developing all our instructors’ skills.
We are fortunate to have a variety of health professionals regularly referring their patients to us and we have formed close relationships with many doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and podiatrists.
