Life is a journey and sometimes we all need some extra help, support and guidance on this journey. Allow me to help you face life's challenges and make a difference to the most important person in your life - YOU! About Me I am Andy McCormack and at ITS MY LIFE you will be working with me. I know before trusting someone with the personal parts of your life, it is important to know something about them, so… I arrived in New Zealand in 2001 on my own, not knowing anyone and embarked on the most amazing journey of my life. Since arriving here I have been on a true voyage of discovery which has awakened my passion for life and people. Throughout my career I have worked within a wide range of companies, from large corporate organisations through to smaller ‘family run’ business’s. I have dealt with a broad spectrum of people who have worked at all levels within these organisations and have enjoyed the experiences I have had. I have spent over 10 years working as a Recruitment/Executive Search Consultant and this has involved me recruiting for roles throughout the UK, Europe and more recently New Zealand. This has resulted in my viewing of many thousands of CV’s, interviewing hundreds of people and successfully placing a significant number of these people in their next job. In 2003 I undertook a significant career change and am now focusing my energy into my passion for life and people by establishing ITS MY LIFE . This has allowed me to make a positive impact on my clients lives through Counselling and Career Coaching. I am bound by the code of ethics as set out by the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I hope this has given you some insight as to who I am and I look forward to meeting you in person when you have decided to take control and say to yourself ... "Its my life!"
