Welcome to Bikram Hot Yoga North Shore
Through Bikram Yoga we hope to facilitate growth and change, teaching you to be the best you can be as you learn to heal and recognize your true potential.
We aim to teach with knowledge, sincerity and compassion so that all students, regardless of ability level, are equally challenged and supported.
Our Studio
Our studio is purpose built for Hot Yoga using radiant heat panels, floor to ceiling mirrors and recycled native timber. Our yoga room is clean, spacious and well ventilated.
During class the room is heated to just above body temperature - see international website for detailed heat specifications. Separate men and women’s change rooms available with showers in each.
Yoga specific merchandise (books, mats, yoga/fitness wear) is also available for purchase and/or hire.
