Welcome to MOTION pure body fitness
About Us PERSONAL TRAINING MOTION pure body fitness works out of Enforme Fitness Studio, which is a boutique fitness studio in Christchurch. You can train in private with your personal trainer. Everything you need is provided, including towels and water. Or you could join one of our curcuit classes and work with a small group - these classes are limited to 12 people. We conduct training in a professional but enjoyable manner. We provide a great variety of workouts meaning there is no staleness to your routine or to our circuit classes. All workouts are customised to ensure your workouts assist you towards your goals. We use a variety of training methods designed to target your personal goals, including:
  • General cardio
  • Interval training
  • Resistance training
  • Boxing
  • Cycling
  • Running
At MOTION we offer tailored packages to meet your training budget. Ideally we recommend you train with us once a week, but this depends on your training budget and desire to achieve results. We offer programming for self directed workouts to help assist when you’re not working with us.
About Tanya One of our Trainers, Tanya, has qualifications and experience in both Massage Therapy and Personal Training. Tanya studied at the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine and gained her Diploma in Massage Therapy and has also studied at Christchurch Polytechnic and received a Certificate in Fitness Industry Training to become a Registered Personal Trainer. Together these qualifications and experience help people participating in any form of exercise to enhance performance, aid recovery and minimise injury, while improving your posture, increasing your fitness, losing weight or to become more toned. All of the Trainers at Enforme including Tanya, are outgoing sports people who are willing to help others who struggle with the commitment of a long term exercise plan. We at MOTION, provide structure with a variety of exercises, and direction, while inspiring you to achieve your goals. The emphasis will be on making exercise fun, so that you have the motivation to not only meet, but exceed your goals. MASSAGE is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Received regularly, massage helps athletes prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse. A constant build up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves. These muscle imbalances may develop and often go undiagnosed until they are serious enough to cause the athlete discomfort or impede performance. Tanya will be able to detect variations in the soft tissues and by using the correct techniques, help you, the sports person maintain a much healthier physical state. The greatest benefits of sports massage is helping to prevent injury, recover from big events, or to function well during training. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.
