We take great pride in our ability to help improve the range of motion, length, and flexibility of muscles and in turn this helping the prevention of ongoing muscular injuries and increases the recovery during and in-between exercise.
We treat everyday people with an extensive array of muscular injuries, pains and problems.
You do no have to be a sports person to see us, our clients range from athletes of all ages and levels as well as work place and everyday injuries.
You do not need a referral, however we are well supported by the Adidas Sports Medicine Centre and other surgeons/chiropractors and physiotherapists.
