Hypnosis and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) talk directly to the unconscious mind. It is known that the unconscious is firmly in charge of all underlying processes and alignment between unconscious motivations and conscious directives is needed for health.

Under this latest research it is essential that anyone suffering a chronic illness should attend to the underlying psychological, emotional and spiritual causes. Hypnosis is one way to directly influence the immune system, and neural activity that may even extend to stem cell activation and repair.
