Traditional Chinese Meridian Massage is a kind of therapeutic massage effective in maintaining a full body balance. Meridians contain reflex points to all organs and innervations in the body and massaging along their length can have an invigorating effect.
Thai massage is well known as a kind of effective way to improve your body's flexibility. Thai massage also follows Body Meridian Theory and is similar to the traditional Chinese massage. We use Thai massage skills and traditional Chinese massage skills to relax your muscles and joints. However, if the receiver experiences any form of discomfort, our staff always practices in a gentle and gradual way, sensitive to the client’s requirements.
Aromatherapy helps to ease a wide assortment of ailments; easing aches, pains, and injuries, reducing stress, relieving depression and anxiety, relaxing, uplifting, sedating or stimulating, restoring both physical and emotional wellbeing.
The techniques used in Aromatherapy are slower and smoother strokes of Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, Thai and Chinese massage. The essential oils we select are the best combination as per your treatment; we would recommend for nervous tension - Bergamot, Lavender, Peppermint and Rosemary, for anxiety and stress - Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Marjoram, Bergamot, for depression Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Bergamot, Geranium. viz. one for physical, and one or two for emotional situation. Up to three or four essential oils can be added to a base of Almond oil.
Reflexology with different Chinese herbal powder our staff can use Japanese style reflexology skill (with oil massage) and Chinese style (without oil massage) to fix feet pain, fatigue and insomnia.
