About Us
Body Central has worked with many different clients with varied needs from professional rugby players, cricketers, golfers, cyclists, triathletes, and basketball players to children and the elderly. Our goal is to give you the best suited approach to treatment specific to your individual needs. If we don’t believe we can help you, we will refer you on to someone who can.
We are aligned with Physio South and work closely with a number of personal trainers from Pro-Fitness and the Clarendon Health Club. These working relationships give us access to knowledge and ideas of a wider group to enhance our treatment of you as the client.
Our therapists are fully qualified and all trained right here in Christchurch at the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine. We are all active sportspeople or gym goers with a keen interest in health and well being. We are happy to correspond with our client’s other therapists or personal trainers to get the best possible results for our clients.
