Is this for me?

Exercise may be something that is already part of your life. Perhaps it is completely new to you. You may have a clear vision of what you would like to achieve - be it health and fitness or weight loss. No matter what point you are at, we are here to support and help you to reach your fitness and weight loss goals. It is a scientifically researched and well proven fact, that people who exercise with someone else are far more likely to achieve their goals and once achieved, maintain them. Exercise and the idea of fitness training can be a daunting prospect for a lot of people. This is where a mobile personal trainer can be a huge help. As mobile personal trainers, we can come to you - depending on where you live (we are based in East Auckland). This means that you can exercise at your office, in the park, at the beach or in the privacy of your own home. If one on one personal training doesnt suit you, we have a fantastic online personal training service whereby we can set you up on a personalised exercise program online or by email, and we will support and motivate you on your fitness journey you with regular contact by phone and email. Your plan is exactly that. Your plan! We take into account your age, your likes and dislikes, your body type and the work you do, your schedule and hobbies / sports and the equipment and environment available to you to work out in. We then take all of this information and use it to design a workout personalised for you. With our professional qualifications and experience we are able to assist clients with:
  • Medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease
  • Weight loss Prenatal exercise, pregnancy exercise and postnatal programs
  • Those who are very de-conditioned and starting from scratch
  • Our job is to ensure we understand your needs and design a program that will help you reach your goals in an enjoyable way.

What we do

Exercise/Health/Nutrition Getting to know you. Before we get into training it is vitally important for us to get to know our clients and visa versa. Our first session involves a thorough assessment of: Your medical history, including any injuries and health concerns. Your measurements, which interpreted correctly can give us very useful information regarding health risks and later also a measure of your progress. A basic cardiovascular fitness test and strenth tests to set a baseline for your training. We will also chat through your nutrition and hydration because if we both understand your lifestyle needs and agree a plan to achieve your goals it just makes things that much easier. A healthy and nutritious eating plan has an enormous impact on how easily your reach your goal, whether your goal is weightloss or improved health.
