Here at Oceanside Family Chiropractic we aim to improve the health of all families through Chiropractic, Education and Empathy. It is a wellness based organisation dedicated to improving the lives of an enormous number of families and individuals through the power of caring chiropractic.
Oceanside Family Chiropractic was opened in 2005 in Papamoa by Dr. Hamish MacMillan. Then in 2010 the Cherrywood clinic was opened to bring Chiropractic to that area of Tauranga.
Becoming a dad was the best experience of my life and, like all other dads, my kid's health and well-being is paramount. I believe regular Chiropractic is essential for this and having them was probably the driving force behind my decision to do a 3 year post graduate diploma in Paediatric chiropractic. However, although I have this as a special interest, I look forward to the variety of health issues that present in a general practice environment and feel it is important that ALL the family benefit from chiropractic care.

The Big Myth
The big myth about health problems is "maybe it will just go away on its own."

Over time I had developed neck and shoulder pain. Occasionally my low back 'went out' causing more pain and limiting movement.
