We provide hands-on, comprehensive care of musculoskeletal injuries. We are a one stop shop with regard to musculoskeletal health and fitness.
Physiotherapy:
We provide hands-on physiotherapy and acupuncture for musculoskeletal injuries. We create rehabilitation programmes post surgery, stroke, hip replacement, knee replacement or other orthopaedic surgery. Our physiotherapists are dedicated to ensuring that you get the best possible service.
We have 60 minute initial consultations and 30 minute follow-up consultations which means that we have the time to spend on you and your injury.
ACC accredited with a small surcharge. No referral required.
Personal Training:
Our Personal Trainer is dynamic and can develop a programme to fit your goals and requirements. We have a small gym located at the clinic and Simon also provides outdoor training in the local park. He will complete a thorough assessment and develop a plan based on your needs.
Ask about our Circuit Training in Crawford Reserve! Set times, or if you have a group he can work around a time that would suit you. This is a 30 minute high intensity, fun work out in the fresh air.
Sports Massage:
We provide 30 and 60 minute Sports Massage sessions. This is a form of massage that starts softly to warm up muscles and then works deeper to relieve muscular spasm and tension.
