We are passionate about health, and for over 20 years we have been helping clients find their unique healing path. We believe there is no one path to healing, and health involves creating balance in many aspects of our lives. While the path to health is unique for each person, we can ensure the process is more effective by drawing upon our wide range of remedial therapy assessment skills and heath education knowledge. An essential part of the process involves us listening fully to each person to hear their individual story and source of disease.

SERVICES
We are both Bowen therapists and Remedial therapists, and specialise in Bowen Therapy and Reflexology. Mark is also a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and Lynne is a Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor and a Wellness and Awareness Mentor. We have been involved in health education for over 14 years, teaching Fascial Kinetics Bowen Therapy, as well as working one on one enhancing our clients awareness of health. Every treatment is individually planned for each client, and can involve a combination of a few of these therapies, or draw upon the techniques of one therapy. The key to a successful outcome is comprehensive questioning and assessment, and continued assessment and deep listening to your responses throughout the whole treatment process. Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a form of gentle but precise soft tissue manipulation that assists healing the whole body by creating changes within the body’s fascia or connective tissue. As all systems in the body – muscles, nerve, lymph, digestive, respiratory – are contained within fascia, healing from chronic pain and injuries is facilitated, and balance restored by releasing restrictions and blockages in the fascia. Bowen Therapy naturally brings about the best rate of healing based on the individual’s own body resources and their level of injury. While it is a gentle therapy that does not require deep pressure, the pressure is varied for each client. Rapid results are common, and most injuries or pain respond in 3 to 4 sessions. Clients usually experience a deep and long lasting relief, even from long standing injury or pain. Clients often report that they have received faster results than other therapies, especially on acute injuries. Reflexology
Reflexology helps to create a healthy harmonious state within the body and triggers the body’s natural powers of self healing. It is based on the principle that the anatomy of the body is reflected in miniature on reflex zones on the feet and hands. Stimulating or sedating a reflex point on the feet or hand triggers a response in the corresponding area of the body. It is a deeply relaxing treatment and combines well with Bowen Therapy. Awareness and Wellness Mentoring
Awareness Mentoring with the Enhances Awareness Program (EAP) is a 3 – 9 month program that guides clients through an easy-to-follow process designed to expand their self-awareness to create a life free from the stories that hold them back. Clients identify their blocks; imagine how a more fulfilling life would look; and develop awareness of the process to take them there. This can be done face to face, or via Skype. Wellness Mentoring guides clients to recognise their skills and dreams; refocus their life’s purpose and meaning; move past challenges that stand in the way; and develop the motivation and tools to get to experience physical, mental, emotional or spiritual wellbeing. Usually 2 – 10 sessions over several months. Awareness, Mindfulness and Meditation Training
Lynne runs workshops in Becoming Aware; Introduction to Meditation and Moving to Stillness. Please contact Lynne if you are interested in one of these workshops. Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a treatment done with individual clients to release restrictions in soft tissue using massage, myofascial release or Bowen Therapy, then instructing the client in specific yoga postures and routines to enhance and continue the healing process. This helps clients recover from injuries and chronic problems, and to help restore posture, strength and flexibility. Qualifications
