We specialise in individualised programs, with regular classes for body conditioning, sports performance and rehabilitation. Our qualified staff are experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors. The Pilates Centre was established by Vicky Stuart-Jones in 1999 and is situated in a spacious and airy studio. The centre is fully equipped with highest quality Balanced Body equipment from the USA.
We are located in the city with free parking.
Pilates Studio Sessions Private Sessions Individual tuition with a qualified instructor. Your initial session will involve an assessment of movement, medical history and establishing your goals. You may then decide to continue with more private sessions or join a group or class. Semi-Private Sessions A private session for 2 or 3 people. You might like to share your session with your partner or friend. You book the session time to suit you both. Group Sessions A supervised session that you will see scheduled on our timetable, where you will do your own individual workout at your own pace using studio equipment. There may be 2 to 6 people attending the group session.

Rehabilitation We work with any condition that alters or diminishes your ability to move well and without pain. We aim to restore good movement patterns through excellent teaching of exercises, helping you to recover your overall fitness and well being. For example, you are trying to get fit through running and your knee keeps hurting; you go to the gym to lift weights but it hurts your back; you sit at your computer and your neck hurts...all examples of poor movement patterns causing pain. Instructors at the Pilates Centre are experienced physiotherapists who are qualified to teach pilates for rehabilitation. We receive referrals from osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, doctors and other health professionals.
