I am Chrissy Diamond, a constant seeker of truth and understanding, here to support you on your journey. With 30 years exploring the healing arts and 20 years in clinical practise, I offer presence-based online coaching to support your reflection, growth, and reconnection with your inner wisdom. In the light of awareness, your path forward reveals itself with clarity and ease.
The experience of 'The Dark Night of the Soul" can arrive in many ways. It may come through health crises; relationship dissolutions; career changes; loss of a loved one, or loss of identity. It may also visit through experiencing betrayal; abandonment; rejection; injustice or vilification, leaving you feeling void of purpose and meaning. This is the experience of being disillusioned....the dissolving of your illusions.
Yet, through these profoundly difficult and painful experiences, life calls for the light of your presence to emerge. The understanding that is born through your own awareness can then transform your pain and illuminate your true essence to direct your path forward.
Drawing from a wide range of cognitive and energy medicine tools, my role in our sessions is in service of your Highest Self to;
- Support you on your journey of remembering and awakening.
- Assist you in recognising who you are beyond your mind and emotions.
- Hold the space for you to process and release trauma.
- Help you to identify and change any sabotaging beliefs you may have.
- Experience your true essence, and access your own inner guidance
