I work with people integrating profound inner thresholds - where identity, meaning, and nervous system stability are reorganising.
This work supports people navigating experiences such as:
• complex trauma and its long-term effects
• the aftermath of a near-death experience
• destabilising or disorienting spiritual awakening
• identity shifts following loss, illness, or major life rupture
Why This Work Is Personal
My background includes:
• lived near-death experience
• recovery from PTSD and sexual trauma
• more than 20 years in clinical practice
• Bachelor of Health Studies and trauma-informed training
This work is not theoretical for me.
I have walked these territories from the inside.
My Approach
Sessions focus on supporting your nervous system and helping your experiences integrate rather than overwhelm.
Our work may include:
• nervous system regulation and stabilisation
• somatic integration of trauma
• processing stored emotional charge
• integration of expanded states and awakening experiences
• rebuilding identity after rupture
This is grounded, trauma-informed integration work - not spiritual bypassing or surface-level coaching.

All sessions are held online.
90-minute Holistic Alignment Session — 280 NZD
5-Session Integration Arc (5 × 90 minutes) — 1,350 NZD
Payment required upfront to confirm your space.
All fees are listed in NZD. International clients are charged the NZD equivalent at the time of payment.
