HEALING
Healing is working with energies and it is transference of those energies to specific areas on and around the body, as I am working with energy, a healing can also be received from a distance.
CRYSTALS
Crystals are created in the earth. They are the earth's DNA. Crystals are formed out of an array of minerals. The different mineral content differs slightly, creating the various crystals. Some crystals contain minerals that are known for their theraputic properties - eg Copper reduces swelling and inflammation of muscles and joints. Crystals can absorb, conserve, focus and emit energy.

The First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand are a comprehensive range of New Zealand native flower and plant essences that work to gently restore emotional and spiritual balance and harmony. These essences are completely natural vibrational preperations that are specially prepared using native flowers and plants, sunlight and pure water.
The essence is ingested by placing 2-4 drops on the tongue 3-4 times daily. A 25ml personalised blend will last approximately one month. As it can take up to eight weeks to change a habit or an attitude, it is recommended that you purchase two 25ml bottles. The essences can also be used in the following ways - sprayed, put n the bath, rubbed into the skin, put in an oil burner, put into water and sipped.
