I'm here to help you with whatever you need to change that will enable you to get more satisfaction out of life. Currently I offer face to face counselling at my offices in North Loburn, Rangiora. I also offer online coaching and counselling via the internet.

Coaching & Counselling
Coaching and counselling are very much the same. It is all about helping you find ways to achieve what you want in life in a supportive, confidential, accepting setting. Many people are anxious at first about verbalising what their dreams for their life are or discussing personal problems. Most people find that once they have shared their ambitions or concerns they feel that a burden has been lifted from them and they wish they had done it sooner!
I will listen carefully to your problems and to support you while you find your own solutions. Our work together is confidential and is based on respect and trust. Counselling helps you to discover the reasons for negative feelings and to work out ways of dealing with them. You will be able to express difficult feelings in a safe, supportive environment. You will not be judged or put under any pressure to do anything. I will help you find solutions that are realistic and achievable for you.
You may be feeling anxious about discussing very personal issues with a complete stranger. Rest assured that whatever you discuss is held in complete confidence.
Ways you can work with me
You have a choice about how you would like to work with me. You can work with me in person talking to me in the privacy of my office North Loburn, Rangiora.
Alternatively if you prefer, or your geographic location dictates, you can use the internet to work with me online.
You have these choices:- Email
- Telephone (via normal landline or via the internet)
- Chat via the internet using a chat program
- Video link via the internet (e.g. Skype) using a webcam and microphone headset
The choice is yours and will depend on you and how comfortable you are using a computer or the phone.
What I can help you with
I can help you working face to face or via online methods with a wide variety of issues and goals:
Mentoring and coaching for specific problems an achieving life goals.
A wide range of challenging issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss, social phobia, relationships, personal development, stress, trauma.
I do not work with children, couples or families.
