Catriona helps you shift beliefs in your work, life and relationships. Her system The Belief Code combines both cognitive and cellular processes, aimed to re-shape ideas and feelings within the sub-conscious. Belief patterns created from childhood, family, school, work and beyond are addressed in one to one sessions and follow up action steps.
Catriona works with your mind to alter perception. She works with your heart and cells to create new feelings and experiences. She opens pathways so you can believe in yourself, like you never knew was possible. This is a fun and deeply moving process which gets results.

Catriona supports you to use your own inner resources to find solutions. She finds what works for you and uses your genius to get the result you came for, alongside her proven and tested belief breakthrough strategies. As a Business owner, Mum of an under 5, Step Mum, post liver transplant recipient and former Primary School Teacher, Catriona’s own experiences have enabled her to provide steadfast support to others.
Her background includes the study and use of both left and right brained pathways to find positive and practical solutions to everyday challenges. Her education includes a Bachelor of Education Degree, Diploma of Teaching, extensive study and practical experience of child psychology, Practitioner and Teacher Training in Belief Patterning on both the cellular and emotional levels, as well as Business Mastermind Mindset. She is currently studying to gain a diploma in psychology and counselling.
Catriona believes the power to change is within all of us and is passionate, focused and down to earth. She has an innate ability to tune into your needs and is prepared to go the extra mile to get to the bottom of your problem/s.
