What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is simply a form of guided meditation. The only differences being that unlike meditation, it is accessible to everyone in that, with the help and guidance of a Hypnotherapist, anyone can access the deeply relaxed, meditative state. It is then through this relaxed state that you are free to explore any aspect of who you are and discover everything you need to know to be able change your life in any way you like - it's completely up to you.
The other main difference between meditation and Hypnotherapy is that Hypnotherapy allows for a focused exploration of a specific issue with your own personal Guide right beside you. It allows you to engage fully in your search for your answers with the comfort of someone who is right there to support you. This is what makes Hypnotherapy such a positive,powerful and life changing experience.
What is Hypnoenergetics?
We are all energy -this has been known for decades. Hypnoenergetics is the first type of Hypnotherapy to embrace this fact and reveal the incredible and immediate results that can be achieved. It allows for our entire being to be worked with and changed, at every level. This enables us to feel this change not only mentally, but emotionally,physically and spiritually. Afterall, our physical body is simply energy vibrating at a particular frequency. Our emotions are simply energy that we feel when we encounter certain situations and challenges in our life. It is through embracing all these aspects of who we are, that porofound and positive changes can be made .
How is Waking Life Hypnotherapy different?
We firmly believe that true client centred Hypnotherapy should allow the time and space for you to achieve everything you wish to achieve in your session. This is why you will notice that our session times and costs are vastly different to many Hypnotherapists.
Firstly, we only book single sessions. We don't believe that multiple sessions are necessary for healing and change - this comes from our own experience. You can change any aspect of your life you wish to work on with a single Hypnoenergetic session - and you will feel that change immediately. Such is the power of the mind and our energy
Our sessions traditionally run for anywhere between 2-3 hours and sometimes longer, dependant upon where the session goes and what you need from it. And don't worry, 2-3 hours feels like 20 minutes when you're in such a deeply relaxed state.
So for this reason we do not charge by the hour. Our sessions are capped at $200 for the entire session, irrespective of how long your session goes for. It is this open ended session approach that is part of the reason for the success our clients achieve.
Completely free to go wherever your session needs to go, it is our purpose to provide you with the most supportive environment in order for you to gain everything you need from your session. Our purpose is to help you to discover YOUR answers to YOUR life, YOUR power to change anything that has been holding you back from living the life you truly want. By doing this you gain the tools that will continue to help you change your life in any way you choose in the weeks, months and years after your session.
