PERSONAL WELLNESS PROGRAMMES - The Authentic Coaching Company is about to launch its Programme for Mum's Who Are Wanting To Go Back To work. These three workshops assist mum's in building their self-esteem so they feel more ready and confident to start work (or study) or start the job hunt. This Programme is also partially motivated by an initiative to help provide extra support to families (both two-parent and single-parent families) feeling the pressure of needing to go back to work but not feeling ready.
WORKPLACE WELLNESS PROGRAMMES - These Programmes are uniquely designed for companies who believe that having heart in an organisation promotes high staff efficiency and productivity and has a direct link on organisational objectives.
