Mint is a whole body health and fitness centre, we are “Specific” in our design and operation.

We have selected programmes and equipment that is target specific that is designed to create more variety and difficulty as you progress.

Our difference is that we are not the general run of the mill fitness centre. We are small, niche and committed in ensuring that our professional team specifically caters to all aspects of your health and fitness needs. We offer both individual components of our fitness centre to full integrated packages.

Each individual is allocated a “Mint Minder” who will guide you through you experience at Mint. If you have any hitches throughout your experience then your “Mint Minder” will assist or get one of the other team members to help you out.

Each team member is specific in his or her profession (no jack of all trades here). Our integrated approach makes us unique as our team works together to maximise your results.

Together we use consistent and individual follow-up procedures along with cutting edge online technology to ensure you have the latest nutritional info and exercises specific to you.


About Our Services

Our clients come to us with a wide range of goals, such as weight loss, specific event or sport training and injury rehabilitation. Our philosophy is about total health, we to this by identifying and addressing the underlying issues in order to deliver genuine and long-lasting improvements.

We have discovered over a period of time that clients use our services differently. Some come to us firstly through our nutrition clinic, others for personal training sessions or gym memberships & others use our massage service as their first point of call.

Over time most clients & members have utilised our other services as they discover the benefits of our integrated approach.

Depending on the individual client we can offer elements of exercise, nutrition and massage for an integrated personalised training approach or mix and match the training programmes to suit your individual needs.

Personal Training

A personal trainer will take your body from where you are to where you want to be. Think of us as the expert guides on your journey to health and well-being. We'll keep you on track and get you there in one piece - with no dodgy shortcuts.

Our team of trainers are happy to hand hold (for the virgin exercisers) or push a bit harder (for the more skilled exercisers) to get the results you work so hard to achieve.
